Terms and Conditions of Grooming

Payment must be card or cash at the salon.

Due to a growing waiting list for appointments, we have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel please give us a minimum of 24 hours notice and there will be no charge. There will be a charge of 50% of the groom for less than 24 hours cancellation notice. Appointments that are missed with no prior cancellation notice will require full payment before further grooms can be booked. 

To ensure all dogs get the maximum amount of attention at the salon, it’s important that they are dropped off and collected on time. We have a late collection charge of £5 for every half an hour post collection time.  We cannot accept dogs which arrive more than 15 minutes late to their appointment as it does not give us the time to properly complete a groom and you will still be charged for the appointment. In some cases we may be able to provide a shorter groom in the remaining time if deemed appropriate on assessment.

A matting fee of £5+ will apply to dogs dependent on the extent of matting and the additional time required to complete the groom.
